Day 9




Yes that is ham and salami... Im so sick of grilled chicken salads I needed a change.

Day 9 review:
This challenge is easier if you don't mind eating left overs. Im pretty sure I will not be doing the second part of the challenge, I do plan to keep eating healthy to support my wife but become a little more laid back... That was actually my plan from the get go... The I got caught  up in whole challenge part of things. A few tips Eating healthy is easier and tastes better than I thought. Keep food that is easy to make when that craving hits. Healthy peanut butter is a must... Buy 2 jars. It is the sweet tooth killer.
