Day 3



Fiber, spark and oats.... again. 
My face says it all





Lunch was a grilled chicken salad... again...
(My phone did something weird... but it was not an exciting picture...)

Dinner: Same rice from day 1 and day 2... Same salsa.. But we had fish with tomatoes and crushed olives with asparagus.)


Night snack..
Everyone came over with fastfood and ice cream sandwiches...
 I got a rice cake with strawberrys, peanut butter and cinnamon...


Day 3 in review: 
Nothing really exciting happened, its feeling really repetitive. Im not sure I can do this for the next 7 days... On the bright side of things, I lost 2 lbs. I hope this is worth it... I also hope I wake up all ripped in the next couple of days. Im sure its making it easier on my wife.. I sure would have been right there eating  burgers and ice cream.
