Day 2

Day 2 pictures... Rocking the spark! Fruit punch spark is much better than grape... Hands down!
Took the amazing fiber peaches and cream before this.

My wife made me this oatmeal with peanut butter (Some hippy organic non sugar lame peanut butter) and blueberrys. (It was ok)

Lunch at the fil-a I even took the cheese off! 

Since my body is used to drinking coffee all day I took a spark to work. Im not a fan of Mocha flavor in coffee... It was an ok warm cup of coffee. I would like to try the other coffee flavors.  I called up my advonazi Nazi to try and talk her in to letting me drink decaf coffee... Apparently water filters through a natural grown bean is not good during the cleanse..  In my opinion coffee is the natural cleaner.  But I will submit and obey.

Fresh blended salsa. 

lettuce  wrap with ground turkey and  avocado ... with a side of yesterdays rice..


Top it off with an ice cold water with lime. Since water and spark are the only things I can drink... 
If you can't tell we went to the store and stocked up on fresh food.  

TIP: Do yourself a favor and go to the store armed with some recipes from other sites. Ask your advojunky. 

Day 2 in review:
I have a bad head ache... Im not sure if its lack of coffee or lack of "good" food (Cheese, hamburgers and chips)   The days are really moving slow... I know not so encouraging if you are pondering doing this challenge. I feel really good though. Not that my body feels good (Its tired feeling) But I feel good im eating right and trying to give a rip about my health.  Im not sure how many more day I can eat a salad for lunch while my friends eat pizza and fried chicken sandwiches.  Even my son gets to eat cheese and bread. But its making it easier on my wife and the benefits of a healthy, energetic, toned up wife are endless....Im sure their are benefits to a healthy, energetic, toned up me also...  Day 3 here I come.
