Day 8

There is light at the end of the tunnel!

Started taking the citrus/ saw dust fiber drink. 
Its not bad but its not good. 


Im noticing a few slimming features... I will point out at the end of the cleanse.


Subway for lunch. V&O dressing, grilled chicken and veggies... Pretty tasty. 


Chicken cakes (Like crab cakes)
Oat meal, cranberries, mustered, olives ... Dang they were good!
The cranberries had sugar in them... (I found out after the fact) 

Thats probably why im drooling right now look at them. 


Day 8 in review:

As long as I have things that are healthy to eat around me.. This is pretty easy. The only time I struggle is when the only thing to eat around me is junk. A tip would be to stock your fridge with verity. Find recipes and make extra for leftovers. And get a few things that you can carry with you and eat.
