Day 5

DAY 5!! Half way point! 

Just realized I have never posted publicly to the internet so many shirtless pictures of myself... 



In celebration of day 5... 
NO OATMEAL! This is Eggs with day 1 salsa and day 4 grilled chicken. 
(I call it blast from the past)


 Salmon patties. (Canned salmon with oats and egg and mustered or dressing) 


 Grilled fish with the infamous salsa and grilled peaches. 

Day 5 review:

I started taking some probiotic pill in place of the fiber drink. Its making my stomach have a growl type feeling. Its like a hunger and gas feeling all wrapped up in one.
